The Chase Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables program is a luxury dining program that is exclusively available to Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders. The program allows members to access exclusive prime-time restaurant reservations at select restaurants across the country, which are often highly-regarded restaurants that are considered luxury and expensive.
Access to this program alongside statement credits is part of the slew of new benefits that Chase is offering as part of the Sapphire Reserve revamp.
What Restaurants Are Part Of The Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables?
As of June 18, 2025, there are 97 restaurants on the list across 34 cities:
- 26 US cities
- 4 Mexican cities (Cancun, Baja California Sur, Mexico City, and Monterrey)
- 4 Canadian cities (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary)
While we have the full list in the FAQs below, here are some highlights from the list:
- Niku Steakhouse (San Francisco) – serves some incredible meat; get seating in front of the chef’s area where you can see them cook the steaks in front of their wood grill
- Sushi Noz (New York) – haven’t been, but heard that it’s extremely popular & brings an omakase experience from Japan straight into the US
- Stubborn Seed (Miami) – haven’t been there, but have seen some strong reviews for its creative tasting menu
Admittedly, if you don’t live in a major city, you may find it hard to use these credits. It becomes even more challenging when considering the fact that the credits are divided semiannually every half of the year, so you need to make sure you don’t forget to use them.

How Do You Use The Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables Program?
In order to use the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables program, you’ll need to:
- Login or create an account on the OpenTable platform
- Link your eligible card to the account
- Once your membership with the program is verified and confirmed, you will immediately be granted access to primetime reservations at the exclusive restaurants that are available to book through the program.
The $300 annual credit comes in the form of a semiannual credit, as you are eligible to receive up to $150 in statement credits from January 1 through June 30 and up to $150 in statement credits from July 1 through December 31. Make sure you remember that the credits are split up like this—you can only get up to $150 every half of the year.
In order for the statement credits to apply, you must make the dining purchases directly with the select restaurants available through the program. This means that delivery, takeout, merchandise, gift cards, etc., will not be counted as part of a restaurant bill, and thus, you will not receive credit for these purchases.
For safe measures, just put down your physical Sapphire Reserve card when paying for the bill at the restaurant. It’s satisfying to hear the sound of the metal card against the table, anyway.
Final Remarks
With this new luxury dining credit, it is clear that Chase is catering towards premium spenders who don’t mind splurging and eating out at luxurious restaurants. Bills at these restaurants can easily rack up hundreds of dollars. For example, at the Ogawa Sushi & Kappo Omakase restaurant in Philadelphia, the 23-course omakase experience costs $200 a person.
One of the semiannual credits won’t even cover the cost for a single person to get the omakase experience. It is likely that only people who can afford premium dining experiences in the higher price range will choose to use the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables program.
If you’re someone who dines out occasionally or frequently at luxury restaurants, you will most likely find good value in the Sapphire Reserves Exclusive Program, as well as the annual $300 credit.
If you’re like me, and you rarely ever go out to eat such premium cuisine, you will likely only find value in the annual $300 credit for dining out at these luxury restaurants once or twice a year. I don’t see myself using the Sapphire Reserves Exclusive Program to book reservations regularly.
